The night was a huge success and we have Debbie, the SPB sub-committee and many others to thank for doing an amazing job. We then have a letter-writing action as a follow-up to last week\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s meeting by Euan from STOP THE TRAFFIK (Glasgow).<\/p>\n There have been some developments in our efforts to get the University to support our conflict minerals campaign ! Well we have been invited to a meeting with David Newall (Secretary of Court) and Jo Gallagher (Head of Procurement), so that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a start!<\/p>\n Conflict-what?<\/p>\n Last year we joined the global student movement for a \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcconflict-free\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 campus.
